Biased attitudes

I have read with interest all the articles and letters concerning the proposed new library. In the Courier, critics of the plan accused the council of a biased opinion towards the new library, but haven’t the objectors also got a biased attitude?

I was in town, and called into the library, did what I had to do. On my way out I was stopped by a lady who asked me to sign the petition. I politely refused as I see no reason as to why we should not have a new library. The lady in question looked at me, muttered something under her breath and stormed off.

I found her to be biased. Because I didn’t agree she didn’t want to know.
