Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Huddersfield

Huddersfield CID would like to speak to anyone who has information about the incident which took place between 11.45pm on Saturday April 27 and around 12.05am on the 28th on Moorbottom Road in Huddersfield.

It occurred after the victim, a 60-year-old man, was approached from behind two men described as Asian.

They then pushed him to the ground and stole his wallet before running off up Thornton Lodge Road.

One of the suspects was described as Asian, in his mid 20s, 5ft 9ins to 5ft 10ins tall and stocky. He was wearing a black hooded top with the hood down and had dark hair.
