POLICE investigating an allegation of racist abuse against a Halifax town centre trader have released this photo of a man they want to speak to.

The incident is reported to have taken place in a shop in Union Street at 7.15am on Saturday, March 10.

Anyone who recognises this is man or who has information that might help the police’s investigation should call PC Andy Bingham or PCSO Philippa Taylor in Halifax Central neighbourhood policing team via 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
