Police are re-appealing for information after an assault in a bar in King Street, Huddersfield, on May 18.

Officers have already released an image of two people they wish to speak to in connection with the incident. They would like to speak to anyone who recognises these two pictured one in a polo shirt and the other in a long sleeved top as they continue to investigate the incident.

It took place at about 12.20am and 12.40am after the victim, a Wakefield man, was struck with a glass thrown from another part of the bar.

He suffered cuts as a result of the incident.

Anyone who recognises the two men, who are pictured alongside a member of door staff at the pub, should contact DC Mark Willetts at Huddersfield CID on 101.
