A 39-year-old man has been charged with theft and assault after a puppy was stolen at Bradford Interchange.

Police re appealing for information about the whereabouts of the dog, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy, which was taken from the railway station at around 2pm on Saturday, November 27.

The puppy, which is called Zeus, is light brown with distinctive white markings.

The man police arrested in connection with the incident has been released on bail pending further enquiries
