A Halifax man was credited for wearing his service uniform in the work place.
Leading Seaman Rob Kendrick took part in ‘Uniform to Work Day’ which involved members of the Reserve Forces in Yorkshire and The Humber.
The effort marked part of the build-up to tomorrow’s Armed Forces Day.
Reservists provide valuable support to the Armed Forces and are deployed on operations regularly, including Afghanistan.
Rob, who serves with the Royal Naval Reserve unit in Leeds Ceres Division and donned his uniform at his Elland day job as a quantity surveyor at Marshalls Construction.
He said: “I’m proud to participate in Uniform to Work and really appreciate the support offered by my employer.”
