The musical legacy created by Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra will be acknowledged when tribute band ELO Experience will bring their Mr Blue Sky tour to St George’s Hall, Bradford, on Thursday, July 17.

Between 1972 and 1986, ELO achieved more combined UK and US top 40 hits than any other band - and many of those songs including ‘Evil Woman’, ‘Living Thing’, ‘Don’t Bring Me Down’, ‘10538 Overture’ and ‘Mr Blue Sky’ will be performed on the night.

With a stunning light show and large screen projection to enhance the experience, the tribute night will reproduce the sights and sounds of one of the music scene’s most influential bands.

The show starts at 7.30pm and ticket information is on 01274 432000.

l Tickets are now on sale for an appearance by top comedian John Bishop at St George’s Hall, Bradford, on Thursday, October 9. After an 18-month break from the live stage to write his autobiography, he will be trying out new material before his Supersonic Arena tour. Tel: 01274 432000 for tickets.
