Since it began eight years ago, Sportszone has been helping young people enjoy sport thanks to a team of enthusiastic and committee sports coaches.
These youngsters not only become skilled in a range of sports their confidence is boosted and several have progressed to becoming involved in the national training programmes for the 2012 Paralympics.
