Teen held at knifepoint and robbed in Huddersfield

A teenager was threatened with a knife before being robbed of his mobile phone in Huddersfield.

The 19-year-old man was walking close to the junction of Blacker Road and Spinkfield Road when a small black car pulled up alongside and two men got out and demanded his phone.

He handed the phone across when threatened with a knife and was then pushed to the ground by one of the men before both drove off.

One of the suspects was described as Asian in his mid 20s’s, 5ft 7ins to 5ft 9ins tall, slim and muscular with black hair which was short at the back and sides with a spiked up fringe.

The second suspect was skinny, in his mid 20’s, 5ft 7ins to 5ft 9ins tall, with black hair brushed to the side, wearing a black top and white trainers.

Huddersfield CID would like to speak to anyone who has information about the incident which took place at about 1.30am on Saturday August 24.
