UPDATED: 10-year-old boy air-lifted to hospital after crash in Halifax - victims stable

A boy and a men were taken to hospital after a crash in Halifax yesterday.

The accident happened on Boothtown Road at around 2.30pm yesterday.

A Renault Megane and a VW Golf crashed head-on.

The 10-year-old boy was air-lifted to Leeds General Infirmary while the man was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

Both were this afternoon described as stable in hospital.
