Operation Etwall will be run on several occasions throughout the year and it’s hoped it will help reduce the number of dangerous lorry drivers on the roads.

Officers from the Roads Policing Unit will be driving a Heavy Goods Vehicle which will have a camera on board to film motorists around them. It will allow them to monitor other drivers without them knowing they are being watched by the Police. Anyone caught breaking the law will be stopped and dealt with appropriately.
