Police are appealing for witnesses after a male pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision in Wakefield Road, Bradford, yesterday (Friday).
The man, who is aged in his 30s, was involved in a collision with a black Mercedes E280 at around 6.15pm. He was taken by ambulance to Leeds General Infirmary where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
Officers have spoken to a number of witnesses who have seen the man lying in the road following the collision but are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the actual incident. It was a busy time of the day and there would have been a number of people in the area.
Anyone who witnessed this collision is asked to call the Western Area Roads Policing Unit on 101.
