Police are appealing for information to trace a man who has gone missing from his home in Leeds.

Robert Dane, 33, from Holbeck, Leeds, was reported missing on Tuesday and police are very concerned for his welfare.

Although he lives in Leeds, he has connections with York and could be in that area.

He is described as white, about 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build. He has short dark hair, a full beard and wears glasses.

Detective Inspector Sean Duggan, of Leeds District CID, said: “It is out of character for Robert to go missing like this and his family are understandably concerned for his welfare. We are urgently appealing for anyone who has seen him or who has any information on his current whereabouts to contact us immediately.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Special Operations Room at Leeds District Headquarters via 101 quoting log number 344 of June 24.
