Police are appealing for witnesses to a suspected arson attack at the former Woolpack public house on Deighton Road, Huddersfield.
The fire is believed to have occurred between 11:30 pm on Friday and 00:30 am Saturday.
Detective Constable Joanne Sharp of Huddersfield CID said: “The fire is believed to have been started on the first floor causing significant damage to the property. Thankfully, no-one was injured during the incident.
“We are working with fire investigators as to the exact cause.”
