Bagged up dog muck is everywhere, no matter where you go it adorns trees and crannies in walls.

It’s a disgrace and I cannot understand the mentality of dog owners.

Why go to the point of bagging it up in plastic bags then leaving it there!

If it was left where the dog did its business at least it would rot down, but not in plastic bags !

I walk on the canal towpath regularly, there are signs asking people to clean up after their dogs but there are no bins provided to put the mess in.

I totally agree that it is disgusting to leave it hung on trees or dumped in bags on the path side but please provide the bins on the canal side and give people the opportunity to dispose of it in the correct place.
