Letter: Unfairness of planning rules
All I want to do is put a couple of houses, out of sight, on an old derelict cottage site, below my existing dwelling at Southowram.
I thought a brownfield site but apparently after so many years it has gone back into greenfield/belt and greenfield/belt cannot be built on!
When Casa’s monstrosity, an eyesore at roadside and built on greenfield/belt, gets the obvious green light to stay - how can mine, and I am sure many others, be fairly refused?
