PRETTY frocks, sharp suits and pink limos marked the end of schooldays for Year 11 students at Hipperholme and Lightcliffe High.
More than 140 pupils made an impressive entrance at the Cedar Court Hotel, Ainley Top, for the Stoney Lane school's prom with all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.

The youngsters enjoyed a fruit cocktail fountain in a room trimmed with black, silver and gold, and watched Oliver Town and Nicole Daylove crowned as prom king and queen. There was also a boys versus girls dance-off contest
Nicola Rawnsley, one of the organisers, said the event had been one of the best.
"They all looked terrific and went to a lot of effort," she said.
