Man of the match

This week goes to Kevin Roberts because for a super captain’s performance and the opening goal of the game. He is a clear leader and may give Liam King a run for his money for the captain’s armband when he is fit.

Highlight of the match

Yet again Big Tom Denton put the ball in the back of the net. There is no stopping this 6ft 7in striker who has scored five goals in the first three matches this season. He certainly made the most of an excellent cross from Kosylo who had just come on. Not only is he our top scorer he is top in the league at this early stage.

What on earth was Moyo thinking? Not only did he go in two footed on Batchelor, he was late too. Unfortunately, there was no arguing with this red card. He will be missed for the next three games as he has been one of our stand out performers so far.

Kevin Roberts, who covered loads of ground in midfield, found room to score and was solid when moved into defence.

Matty Kyoslo beats a tiring Worcester defender and places an inch perfect cross onto the head of Tom Denton who makes no mistake for his fifth goal in three games.

Moan of the match

Cliff Moyo lunging in with a reckless, mis-timed tackle to reduce the Shaymen to ten men mid way through the first half.
