FC Halifax Town: Shaymen held to draw by Matlock

FC Halifax Town drew 2-2 at Matlock Town on Tuesday night despite taking the lead twice.

Jordan Burrow opened the scoring in the third minute, but Town were pegged back by the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division side when Marc Newsham equalised.

Richard Peniket then set-up Josh Macdonald for Halifax’s second, but Ryan King levelled for Matlock in the 86th minute.
