Strong team expected for West Riding County Cup

editorial image

Neil Aspin says he will use a strong side for the WRCC game at Liversedge tonight (7.45pm).

In previous seasons Aspin has used County Cup competitions to rotate his squad and rest first team players.

And while the Town boss says he will make changes, the squad will include a host of first team players.

“We’ve normally had a situation where we would want to rest players in this Cup but on Tuesday there are some players who desperately need a game and some players who want a game just to get a goal, so we’ll be putting out a strong side.”

“Previously I’ve not been too bothered about it, I want us to go there and win the game,” he said,
