FC Halifax should expect a difficult game against Stockport tomorrow, says manager Neil Aspin.

The Shaymen face the Hatters at 3pm at the Shay, four days after Town’s game at Mossley was postponed.

And Aspin says the visitors have the edge when it comes to fitness.

“They’re a full time club with a lot of young players, plus they’ve had the extra match, so they will be fitter than us,” he said.

“For me that’s not a bad thing because we want to be getting fit so it’ll be a good challenge.

“Lots of these players have not played a home game at the Shay so it will be good for them to have that.

“I’m not looking to closely at the score because there are lots of other things to look at, but we must be competitive like we are everytime we play,” he said.

Tickets for the game cost £7 for adults, £5 for concessions, £3 for juniors and under 7s get in free.
