Town’s game against Stockport on Saturday will be the last chance for trialists to impress Neil Aspin.

The club are currently looking at several players who hope to secure deals with the Shaymen for the coming season.

Manager Neil Aspin has said he is looking to add only one or two more players before the season starts in four weeks.

And with the game at Mossley postponed on Tuesday, Saturday could be the last chance for those players to make an impression.

“Players want to be getting themselves sorted, be it with us or elsewhere,” he said.

“You don’t want to keep them hanging around and after Saturday’s game we will need to sit down and decide what to do,” he said.

Town play Stockport at the Shay at 3pm on Saturday. Tickets cost £7 for adults, £5 for concessions, £3 for juniors and under 7s get in free.
