FC Halifax Town host League One outfit Rochdale on Tuesday (7.45pm kick-off) hoping to build on their impressive start to pre-season.
The Shaymen have already beaten Barnsley 2-0 and Tadcaster 5-0, with Matt Pearson and new signing Scott Boden scoring in both games.
Former Town winger Scott Hogan is among the ranks at Rochdale and scored 19 goals in 40 games as the club achieved promotion from League Two last season.
Hogan, who has been linked with a move to Leeds, started his career with Rochdale but was released by the club in 2011, going on to play for Stocksbridge, Ashton and Hyde as well as Halifax before moving back to Spotland last summer.
The two sides met in pre-season last year too, with Dale winning 2-1 with goals from George Donnelly and Andrew Tutte, with Kevin Holsgrove scoring for Town.
Trialist Danny Schofield looks set for another run-out after impressing in both Halifax’s pre-season games so far.
