The FC Halifax Town Supporters Club have retained the WorldNet tournament trophy, which took place at the University of Cental Lancashire in Preston.
The annual event featured 32 supporters teams, including Halifax, who beat Hearts 3-0, Stoke 2-0 and drew with RC Lens in the group stages.
Town then beat Kidderminster in the second round, Wrexham in the quarter finals and RC Lens in the semi-finals to set up a final with Preston North End.
Luke Prosser-Holms got the only goal just as he did in last year’s final as the Shaymen became only the second team to retain the trophy.
Ashley Addy, from the team, said: “For us as supporters it was a fantastic achievement and once again ‘Shaymen of Halifax’ was ringing around the UCLAN sports arena!”
