A Ryan Winder penalty followed by a Jacob Davis goal with seven minutes left settled the outcome in the visitors’ favour.
Lancaster, 12th in the table, had taken the lead through Neil Marshall on 28 minutes.
Town’s leading scorer Tom Matthews hauled his side level four minutes after the break with a precise finish.
Brighouse, who retained 16th position, are in action again on Tuesday when they travel to ninth-placed Droylsden.
Meanwhile, Brigouse Town’s development side earned a Halifax FA Saturday Cup final meeting with holders Ovenden West Riding when they beat Warley Rangers 2-0 at West Vale on Saturday.
Skipper Callum Lewis and Callum Charlton got their goals in the final quarter.
