Parish Cup minnows must travel

Have your say

Low Moor, the only non-Premier Division side left in the Towergate Halifax League’s Parish Cup, must travel to Booth in the semi-finals on Sunday, June 24.

Last night’s draw also handed 2010 winners SBCI a home clash with Sowerby Bridge, who knocked out holders Copley in last Sunday’s final eight contests.

Triangle will host Warley and Sowerby Bridge will have ground advantage against Southowram in the Crossley Shield on the same day.

Meanwhile, both Elland sides have been drawn away in the semi-finals of the Huddersfield League cup competitions.

The firsts are away to holders Shepley - a team they have already beaten this season - in the Sykes Cup on Sunday, July 8. The pair will meet in the league at the same venue 24 hours earlier.

Delph and Dobcross play Hoylandswaine in the other game a week later.

In the Paddock Shield, Hoylandswaine play Golcar on July 8 and Elland head to lower-division Cawthorne a week later.
