HALIFAX have re-signed a second member of their 2011 squad, with utility back Lee Paterson penning a new one year deal.
The former Swinton and Warrington back, the top points scorer in the Championship in 2010, is currently sidelined after undergoing a knee reconstruction and is not expected to play again until the spring of next year.
He joins Paul White in agreeing a contract to work under the tutelage of incoming boss Karl Harrison.
“Lee’s a very good player and a very good goal kicker,” said Harrison.
“If he hadn’t been injured, he’d have been a big player for the club this year, I’ve no doubt about that.
“We’ve shown some loyalty to him with his injury and he’s shown some loyalty to us.
“I’m looking forward to working with him.”
