Siddal coach Gareth Greenwood is expecting the tougest of contests when fellow top-four hopefuls Wath Brow arrive at Chevinedge tomorrow.
Greenwood has set his side a target of four wins from their last four starts as they bid to secure top spot.
“There’s no getting away from it; if we win, we stay in the mix, if we lose we slip back towards the middle of the table,” said Greenwood. “They are a decent side, they went to Myton last week and got a point, so it’s not as if they can’t travel.
“Whatever happens, there isn’t going to be much in this one.”
Siddal should be bolstered by the inclusion of star turns Oli Marns, Scott Caley, Chris Brooke and Craig Sanderson. Greenwood could also have prop Scott Law available after he flew back from Australia in midweek.
