MORE than 200 young performers will be put through their paces at Whiteleys' Academy of Performing Arts' Starburst 2008 Showcase.
The Starburst 2008 Showcase will be performed at the Victoria Theatre, Halifax, at 1pm and 7pm on Saturday.
Dozens of stage students aged three to 19, from Whiteleys' Academy of Performing Arts, Akroyd Place, Halifax, plan to delight audiences with song, dance and drama.
Principals Sandra and Joanne Whiteley and their teaching staff have worked hard to produce a show full of energy and variety, drawing on musicals, tribute songs, films and sketches old and new for their inspiration.
It promises something for everyone and the evening performance will be broadcast live on Radio Calderdale.
