The Song for Christmas entries are coming thick and fast with several videos now being shot each day.

We are still taking bookings for video slots but entries will soon be closed and, once all the videos are online, we will open the official voting.

This year, the voting will be by voting form only - and the form will printed in your copy of the Halifax Courier. Keep checking the site for details of when the first form will be published.

But in the meantime - and JUST FOR FUN - we’ve been keeping track of how popular each of the videos already online is proving to be with our website users.

Below is a league table showing which videos have been shared the most on Facebook, using the ‘Like’ button at the bottom of each of the schools’ Song for Christmas video pages.

Tomorrow we’ll be bring you a just-for-fun league table of which videos have the most Tweets - again from the ‘Tweet’ button at the bottom of each page.

Later this week we’ll let you know just which videos have been viewed the most, so far.

And once all the videos are online we’ll open up an online vote - again JUST FOR FUN - ahead of the official voting being opened.
