Festival fever returns - for the 22nd time

Tickets are selling fast for comedian Richard Herring’s headline gig at Hebden Bridge Arts Festival.

His show ‘Lord of the Dance Settee’ will be at Hebden Bridge Picture House on Tuesday, June 30 at 8pm (doors 7pm).

The 22nd annual festival runs from June 26 to July 5 and will bring 10 days of music, comedy, drama and exhibitions to the Pennine town. Other attractions include talks by Everything But The Girl singer Tracey Thorn, cartoonist Martin Rowson, and authors Phil Earle and Ross Mackintosh.

There will be three performances of the popular ‘Hebden Shorts’, new plays by local writers, an evening with poet Lemn Sissay, music from Ladytron singer Marnie and dance from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
