An evening of glitz and glamour was had when more than 100 guests flocked to the Moorlands Inn Halifax, raising £3,000 for the NSPCC at its ‘End of Summer Ball’.

The Ogden event marked the end of the summer season to help raise funds for the children’s charity.

Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner and were entertained with live music, and enjoyed dancing throughout the evening.

There was also a tombola for guests to take part in, with prizes such as champagne and gift vouchers up for grabs.

The evening’s auction prizes also included children’s bikes and a trip to the Landrover factory, which was kindly donated by Copley Landrover.
