A new season demands a new wardrobe and what better way to get ready for Autumn and Winter than to enter this brilliant competition.

My Week has teamed up with Harveys of Halifax to offer one lucky reader £500 to spend on fashion clothes at its Rawson Street store.

And the prize doesn’t stop there as the winner will be treated to a makeover in cosmetics, a beauty hamper and a meal for two in the restaurant.

The competition, which is free to enter on the form opposite, celebrates the store bringing in a number of new lines for the season to its successful ladies fashion department.

These include Phase Eight (as a concession), Adini, White Stuff, Yest, Junge, Nomads, Sahara and Two Danes. Its exclusive First Avenue range is now split into two collections - First Avenue Classic and First Avenue Collection.

These add to core brands including Gerry Weber, Betty Barclay and Olsen together with an increased range of popular Masai clothes.

There is also a new coat department with a mix of cloth coats, faux fur and technical sportswear.

And to broaden appeal Harveys has opened a Cath Kidston shop in store.

Harveys of Halifax was founded in 1951 and is now in its fourth generation of family ownership.

Under the guidance of current managing director, Tracy Harvey, the store has undergone a transformation to a bright and modern local department store, whilst retaining its reputation for high service standards and community values.

The store says it listened to customer feedback and changed its direction, with brands and size scales to suit ever changing needs.

But, despite all these changes, says general manager Tony Murray, Harveys always looks to continue to offer great value in its products.

lGood Luck with your competition entry.
