Tuesday night (Nov 29) sees a triumphant homecoming for Northern Broadsides and York Theatre Royal’s brilliantly received revival production of J B Priestley’s comedy When We Are Married.

Loosely based on the Bram Stoker novel, this spoof version promises more spills than thrills!
The dramatis personae include a nice but dim hero, an imperiled heroine, a nutty professor, a fly-eating lunatic, and the suave but dangerous Count himself. With bats aplenty and specially written songs, the director Ray Riches promises ��a frightfully funny evening�"!
