Tom Wrigglesworth

Two of Yorkshire’s funniest men seriously up the ante at this month’s Comedy@The Works when Sheffield’s Tom Wrigglesworth is joined by Mirfield’s Alun Cochrane.
Radio 4 regular Tom has wooed audiences around the world with his gangly presence and confident and assured delivery.
He has a winning combination of an impossibly likeable persona and a catalogue of first class material. His set is littered with stylish one-liners and twisted tales which reveal an inherently dark humour.

Best known as Frank Skinner’s sidekick ‘The Cockrel’ on his Absolute Radio show, Alun Cochrane has been making a living as a comedian since his teens. TV appearances include Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Have I Got News For You and 8 Out Of 10 Cats.

Joining the line-up on Saturday, April 25 at The Works, Sowerby Bridge will be Leeds comedian Jonny Pelham and Ray Bradshaw comperes.
The show starts at 8.30pm. Tel: 01422 834821.
