Just a week to go before the first gags are cracked in this year's second Halifax Comedy Festival which will star, among a host of brilliant names and acts the Pub Landlord himself, Al Murray.
The Festival will be off to the best possible start when Jimmy Carr walks out onto the Victoria Theatre stage on Friday, October 21.
This year’s event is supported by more than 20 different shows at eight venues across Halifax from the little known Wellington Rooms, the wonderful architectural surroundings of Westgate Arcade to Square Chapel and Arden Road Social Club.
