Man, 49, dies after being hit by a bus in Shelf
A man has died after being hit by a bus in the West Yorkshire village of Shelf yesterday evening.
The 49-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident in Halifax Road, Shelf, near the Esso garage, around 6.17pm.
West Yorkshire Police said no further information was available.
The road remained closed for investigations until just before 11pm last night.
