Children are invited to dress as snowmen, snowflakes or in any other suitable costumes, to take part in this magical adventure to the North Pole. The musical adaptation of Raymond Briggs’ much loved children’s book “The Snowman” will provide opportunities to join in the fun as the audience “builds the snowman” and prepare for a trip to see Santa.

The Choral Society will perform a variety of Christmas music and there will be some popular, sing-along favourite carols for the audience to join in. The concert will also mark the end of 38 years for popular oboist Kathy Adler, who will make her final appearance with the orchestra in “The Snowman”. Tickets priced at £8 for adults, concessions £6, 5-16 years £1 and under 5s free, available on the door or from 01706 817333.
