New season of shows aim to put a spring in the step

Family shows, films, comedy, theatre and a folk weekend will put a spring in the audience’s steps at Square Chapel arts centre, Halifax, next season.

While work continues on a £6.6 million extension to Square Chapel, the venue remains open for business and has a packed programme of entertainment from January to March.

The season has an early highlight when Square Chapel patrons George Costigan and Tim Pigott-Smith will present ‘An Evening with G&T’.
