If it’s a good old laugh that you’re after - then don’t miss Halifax Festival’s Comedy Gala with stand-up from Kathryn Ryan, Chris Ramsey, Alun Cochrane, Jason Cook and Paul Tonkinson at Halifax’s Victoria Theatre on Thursday July 3, from 7.30pm.

It’s a comedy extravaganza with five comedy stars of shows including Live at the Apollo, Michael McIntryre’s Comedy Roadshow, Have I Got News For You and Mock the Week.

Halifax Festival organisers said: “This comedy should be a three hour laughter-fest. We’ve brought together some of the very best names on the comedy circuit including Hebburn’s Chris Ramsey and Canadian comedienne Katherine Ryan for this stellar night of top flight comedy.”

In conjunction with Victoria Theatre, the Halifax Courier is offering our readers a fantastic discount on Comedy Gala tickets. We’re offering two tickets for £20 - usual price is £15 per ticket. We’ve got to be jesting with prices like that - five comedy performances for £10 each - but we’re deadly serious - so hurry up and get yours 01422 351158.
