How to hug a koala . .

Koalas are the cuddliest creatures - but just how did they learn to hug? That's the question posed by The People's Theatre Company in their latest show for young children and families.

‘How the Koala Learnt to Hug’ comes to Square Chapel arts centre, Halifax, on Tuesday, March 29 at 2.30pm.

Based on the best-selling book by Steven Lee, the charming fun-filled musical is about the magic of family - and importance of a warm hug. With sing-along songs, games and a host of wild characters, the show is certain to get parents and children clapping along and joining in. It has been described as ‘the perfect introduction to theatre for children’.

The People’s Theatre Company scored a hit with its previous shows ‘The Elephant Bridesmaid’ and ‘Old MacDonald had a Farm’.
