So what exactly makes you joyful?

In a world where money can’t buy happiness but it can buy a house, Six Steps to Joy embraces the contradictions of modernity to remind you that life can be beautiful, people can be kind and joy may be lurking in unexpected places.

The show comes from the talented duo of Katharine Markwick, an award-winning writer-performer who was raised in Calderdale and BBC Speech Bubble, 2013 Funny Women Finalist Becky Brunning who met while training together at the London International School of Performing Arts.

The pair have trawled their experience and wrestled their wisdom into a six-step smorgasbord of sketches, stories, songs...and some science to create a show that is up-lifting, heart-warming, life-affirming ... and not too expensive!
