Xmas Factor: Christmas video contest

Get carolling to be in with a chance to win our competition

Show us your singing talents by sending us a video clip of you taking on a traditional Christmas carol or hymn.

We will show the videos on our website and you could become a video star, with a trophy for the winner.

We have two categories - one for 16s and under, and another for adults.

The videos should be no longer than 90 seconds and the winner will be announced early in the new year.

Please remember that for copyright reasons, performances of pop or other commercial songs are not allowed - but you can record any traditional music such as carols, or hymns or classical music.

To enter, simply upload your video to us by clicking the button on the right. If you’re not already registered with our website, you’ll be prompted to create an account - it’s fast and free.

Don’t forget to include name and contact details in the submission box and a contact number for a parent or carer if you are under 18.

Each video must not be bigger than 50MB.

The closing date for entries is December 26. The winner will be decided by text vote and email.
