Calderdale diners set for Eat Out to Help Out discount

A new initiative will be launched next week in a bid to encourage residents to dine out at local restaurants, cafes and eateries.

The ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme will offer a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner) every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August.

There is no limit on how many times you can use the discounts during the specified time period.

Participating establishments may include: restaurants, cafés, bars or pubs, work and school canteens and food halls. All diners in a group of any size can use the discount.

“HMRC’s quick and easy registration page will soon have you on your way to welcoming back your customers with discounted dining on every Monday to Wednesday throughout August, with a simple process to reclaim these discounts back from the government each week.”
