A Calderdale pub has shut temporarily after a customer tested positive for Covid-19.

The Pack Horse in Southowram confirmed on its Facebook page that it has taken the decision to temporarily close.
Posting on the Facebook page the pub said: "One of our customers who attended the pub on the July 4 has today tested positive for COVID-19, after starting with symptoms on Saturday July 11.

Hide Ad"We have not been contacted by NHS test and trace but as a precaution the pub will be temporarily closed and all staff will be tested.
"In the mean time we will be giving the pub a deep clean and will re-open once all test results have been received. Sorry for any inconvenience."
