The Piece Hall has announced it will be extending its opening hours to help traders in the iconic Halifax building.

Throughout December the shops inside the Georgian cloth hall will offer both in-store and online retail services to enable businesses to operate and customers to shop flexibly throughout the coming weeks.

With the second lockdown easing and the new tier system coming into play, The Piece Hall’s retailers will be able to reopen their shop doors, while the successful recently-launched online click & collect service will continue to cater for customers who feel more comfortable shopping online.

The reopening follows the success of The Piece Hall’s innovative new click & collect service, which saw consumers react positively, shop local and support independent businesses throughout the second lockdown.

In line with the latest restrictions, The Piece Hall’s food and beverage outlets will remain closed, however where possible these have been converted into takeaway, for example The Deli.
