Halifax-based Covéa Insurance signs up to Tech Talent Charter

In signing up to the charter, Covéa Insurance commits to promoting inclusivity and diversity within its own digital workforce.

Its commitment to the Tech talent Charter means the company will develop and adopt recruitment, promotion and retention plans for tech roles that drive inclusion and diversity.

Best practice, experiences and data will be shared with other signatories and wider audiences to promote the tech opportunities available to those in under-represented groups.
