Morning travel and weather update

Queues are starting to form on major roads in Calderdale this morning (Tuesday).

Traffic on the A629 Cow Green in Halifax is busy but moving in both directions at the Bull Green junction.

Queues are starting to form on the A646 Burnley Road at Friendly because of temporary traffic lights, with one lane closed.

On the A58 Aachen Way in Halifax traffic is busy but moving at the Queen’s Road junction.

There are no reported problems on the trains and buses.

Weather wise, Calderdale is set for a mixture of sunshine and showers in patches, with lows of 12C and highs of 16C.
