Morning travel and weather update

Queues are starting to form on the A646 Burnley Road at Friendly because of temporary traffic lights, with one lane closed.

There are temporary traffic lights and roadworks on Stanage Lane in Shelf between the Shelf Moor junction and Brackens Lane.

Drivers are urged to approach the B6112 Stainland Road in Elland at the B6113 Rochdale Road junction with care. The traffic lights have failed.

There are no reported problems on the trains and buses.

Weather wise, there will be a mixture of sunny and rainy spells throughout the day, with lows of 8C and highs of 14C.
