New bar announced for Halifax town centre

A new speakeasy-themed bar is coming to Halifax.

The Hourglass will be opening in Westgate Arcade in the town centre in time for the jubilee weekend.

As well as serving a host of different drinks, the bar will host events and live music.

The bar is one of a string of new additions planned for Westgate Arcade.

As previously reported by the Courier, Lucy's Little Bake House is preparing to open there, along with The Chocolate Box Ltd who already have a store in The Piece Hall and are opening a second store in Westgate Arcade.
